The government of the United States was never intended to provide charity or welfare. The American dream is the ability of the US citizen to succeed and prosper through hard work not to be taken care of cradle to the grave by the government. We should be allowed to fail for if there are no consequences for failure, stupidity, sloth, or laziness then what incentive do the ever expanding population of weak people have to stop being pathetic? |
